When I would try to launch either of the game bundles, I would get either a blank screen or no game screen but teh steam app wanted to say the game was still running.

Well is pent the time trying to figure otu how to fix the problem on these community boards. And I am now fed up with error messages and have requested a refund. But because the game was running in the background running up playtime hours EVEN THOUGH I COULD NOT PLAY!! Steam does not want to give me my money back. I am rapidly losing trust in these people and will reconsider strongly any other purchases i had considered.
